Overview

3 Things a Day is a productivity app that helps you choose and complete up to three important tasks per day. The app supports sign-in, cloud sync, subscriptions, widgets, reminders, analytics, and crash diagnostics. We collect only the data needed to provide those features, keep the app reliable, and improve the product.

Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC)

Used to manage feature flags and app configuration. Personal Data processed may include app instance identifiers and technical device information.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC)

Used to deliver push notifications. Personal Data processed may include device tokens and notification delivery metadata.

RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.)

Used to manage subscriptions and entitlement status. Personal Data processed may include app user identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, store receipt metadata, country, and subscription events. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive full payment card details.

Data retention

Account and task data: retained while your account is active or as needed to provide sync and account features.
Subscription records: retained as required to manage entitlements, support requests, and legal obligations.
Analytics and diagnostics: retained according to the retention settings of the relevant third-party services.

Your choices and controls

3 Things a Day is a general audience productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
